Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book?

No, we only offer private transfers, so the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for you and your group.

I have multiple pick-ups, will there be additional charges?

There will be no additional charges for pick-ups within the hull area. However additional costs for pick-ups from surrounding villages may incur charges, please call for exact price.

I can't see a price for where I need to travel?

We only display a handful of our most frequent destinations online, we are only too happy to quote for the journey you require via email / phone / whats app,  so please get in touch.

My company requires an invoice, can you supply one?

Yes we can provide you with an invoice if required after making your booking

What vehicle categories do you offer and what are the differences?

We have a range of vehicles at Elite, we have standard cars, estate cars and mini busses.  Our cars carry 1-4 passengers and room for average luggage, for those who require extra luggage space we have estate vehicles.  Then for larger groups we have mini busses that carry up to 8 passengers and luggage.

Which payment methods are available?

We are happy to take cash but are also able to take card payment. If you wish to use a different method, please contact us.  All card payments are secured by 256 bit SSL encryption.

There will be children in my group. Can you supply child seats?

We prefer customers to use there own child seats where  possible, we can then look after the seat(s) in our office until the return journey.  

My flight has been cancelled and I no longer require a transfer. Can I cancel it?

Yes, of course you can cancel the bookings up to 24 hours prior to the booking.  If cancellation  is within 24 hours a cancellation fee may be applied.
